Marvellous. well done that man. I'll help if you like. Let's see if we
can put out at least 6-monthly updates on what's going on, as there is
currently quite a lot going on.

That's pretty-much it. For Day-to-day buildd admin stuff Riku is your
man, although SteveM has been involved in recent buildd changes.

Most of the rest is disucssions here and 'summarise the ARM BOF at
Debconf'.

I can fill in on Linaro stuff.

We don't really run to an 'official spokesperson' :-) Not least
because people don't always agree about things.

Riku's blog post, with perhaps a little tidying and some extra info is a
very good start.
