Actually, I'm pretty sure the 199 USD include the enclosure, as
otherwise the OpenRD-Base, which lists the very same things under
Package Contents, together with the enclosure alone would cost 50 USD
less than the OpenRD-Client...

I guess it's just bad wording on their part.
