No idea. I don't have an arm that is supported by a default Debian
kernel (or does USB for that matter).

Don't reboot your system when packages are in a broken state.
If it gives an error, stop and figure out how to fix it before going on.
i have never seen a slug personally so I have no idea how one reinstalls
or recovers one.
