It might be better if you tried first, as I'm not in a position to sign and
upload anything I might successfully compile. (I assume you can do this)
Also, I think you've got newer gccs than me, which might prove useful.

However, if you have no joy with simply re-running the whole sausage
machine with different compilers and optimiser options, I'm quite happy
to prod around single stepping until I work out what's up.
