OK. If you want to give it a spin, I put my .config file at
<ftp://ftp.netwinder.org/users/p/philb/cats/config>. I tested it on my
netwinder this morning and it seemed OK. Lots of stuff is modules though so
the way things are set up you need to do some insmodding to get sound, etc to
work.
You might find some options are missing from your kernel; that config is
against my working tree which has a few new bits in it. As soon as Russell
releases his next version I'll make a new patch containing this stuff.
