g++

g++ barfs with:
@cholly [~] $ g++
ld: cannot open -lstdc++: No such file or directory

The strace dump is not particularly interesting, or informative.  Any
ideas?  Fixed in the latest version?  I'd have a quick look myself,
but I suspect that the best and most recent stuff is sitting around
Jim's HD:-)  I'm hoping to get the latest postgresql working:-)
