Bug#720748: Migrate known configuration files

Someone with the nick name "Ningal" on
#debian-apache at OFTC's IRC network very nicely
brought

to my attention.

It says 

    "The upgrade tries to migrate known configuration
  files from /etc/apache2/conf.d/ to
  /etc/apache2/conf-available/"

I wonder 

    1.) if something went wrong with migrating my
        configuration file, and 
    
    2.) whether the migration efforts were logged
        somewhere, so we might debug them.
