No i am not going to fix it but i will leave it around until woody will
disappear.

Because apache in woody and most of the software around it are not policy
compliant. In order to fix all the bugs that we found and fixed in
sarge/sid, a complete backport of more than 50 packages needs to be done.
Simply this will never happen. You found only one little edge of a huge
iceberg [0] that has been taken care only recently after we enforced a
bunch of rules for packages surrounding apache (and often got flamed for
that).
