Bug#263322: why not reopening the other 500 bugs with proper tagging?

I'm not trying to clutter the BTS, I'm trying to convince you to fix the
bug. If you're determined not to do this, by all means close the bug.
I'm certainly not going to play reopen games. I would, however, still
appreciate if you gave a reason why you think this bug does not warrant
an update when it seems to clearly violate policy.
