Bug#238123: Apache2 installation fails on Sarge

Package: apache2-common
Version: 2.0.48-7

Installed is Sarge with apache, zope and plone

I tried to install apache2-common package.

apt-get install apache2-common
The package was retrieved, unpacked an start to install.
The information for the Security Certificate have been requestet.
After that the ssl keys have been created i endet at the bash without any
error message,
but trying to start apache 2 fails due the lack of apache2 bin in /usr/sbin/
/etc/init.d/apache2 tries to start /usr/sbin/apache2

The Package state is installed.
When i try to purge it the config files in /etc/apache 2 are not removed.
