Bug#146381: marked as done (cannot configure apache)

Hi,
	it looks to me that his bug has been fixed a while ago but never
closed. apache 1.3.26 is shipped with woody and it is working fine,
meaning that i cannot reproduce this problem, and apache 1.3.23 is not
avilable anymore.
