Bug#202812: apache: wrong dependency against apache-common

 Hi,

When upgrading from apache 1.3.27.0-1 to 1.3.27.0-2, only
apache-1.3.27.0-2 is upgraded (and not apache-common-1.3.27.0-2).
This leads to the following error:
Setting up apache (1.3.27.0-2) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/apache.postinst: line 8: /usr/share/apache/postinst.common: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing apache (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Please fix dependencies so apache-common-1.3.27.0-2 is upgraded as
well (this fixes the problem).
