patch for the placeholder page
Hi,
Here's a patch.
The main motivation is to directly address all sorts of people who might see
the page, not just the admin. This will help with the people who stumble
upon the page and then complain to Debian how that guy rooted their machine.
I've kept the language as clear and as simple as I could. This is based on a
thread with subject "Stop it!" that came up on debian-devel in November and
December 2001.
