This is only present in oldstable, where ia32-libs contains it too.

You can just copy the library if you still have it somewhere. Putting it
in /usr/local, as suggested in the other reply, is a good idea. Worst
case your program will crash due to incompatibilities between the
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 and other more current libs, in which case you
won't be any worse off.
