keyboad leds not responding, kernel 2.6.22-2

Hello list,

my keyboard leds does not respond any more. The NumLock led ist always on the 
the other two are always off. I am running kernel 2.6.22-2. 
The system is NOT looked up. Everything else runns nicely
Any hints?
