I took immense pleasure in telling canon where to shove a £10,000
printer-and-support-contract when I had a look at the non-Windows
support of the solution being proposed.

Turboprint works, but I've not used it on AMD64

It's really a shame though. Canon consumer inkjet printers have the
highest print quality and lowest running costs in all price ranges - but
the non-Windows support sucks
