sorry, I was wrong
the patch already exists and is included in package
linux-headers-2.6.15-rc5-amd64-k8 but not linux-kernel-headers
(2.6.13+0rc3-2)
so until linux-kernel-headers upgrades, one has to symlink the
appropriate files/directories to have qemu and others built
