qemu 0.8.0 in amd64

I just built qemu 0.8.0-2 from source but with just a slight change from
usbdevice_fs.h as described here

without this change qemu couldn't build but as the author of the patch
(Harald Welte), I cannot tell wether or not it has been done the right
way

the only thing I can tell is that it hasn't (yet) been included in
2.6.16-rc5-git7

I'm sure there are a lot of other applications that uses usbdevice_fs.h
which won't FTBFS anymore once this bug is over


any kernel hacker around here to check (and hopefully correct) this
issue
