i have the same problem (albeit on i386). running sensors-detect detects all the sensors, suggests adding things to /etc/modules and finishes ok, but i get this message anyway. /proc and /sys are mounted.francesco@debian:~$ sensors Can't access procfs/sysfs file Unable to find i2c bus information; For 2.6 kernels, make sure you have mounted sysfs and libsensors was compiled with sysfs support! For older kernels, make sure you have done 'modprobe i2c-proc'! francesco@debian:~$ How to make? Thanks for helping how to check temperatures.run "sensors-detect" as root.
also sensord complains: Error reading /proc or /sys: modules probably not loadedi have i2c_i801 and i2c_core modules loaded. i2c_dev isn't there - shouldn't it be loaded automatically?
