There are 2 problems here:
- Package-arch-specific lists that fpc should only be build for 
  i386 sparc powerpc, so we didn't attempt to build this yet.
- fpc build depends on itself, so needs to be bootstrapped.

I'll look into getting it build this evening.


PS: Upstream also seems to have arm binaries.
