The amd64 gcc4 (formerly gcc-3.4) archive is moving to
http://debian-ppc64.alioth.debian.org/gcc4/.  Please update your
sources.list to continue using gcc4.

It is generally suggested that you downgrade to regular pure64 for
non-development use.  However, the gcc4 archive will continue to be
updated at the URL above, and should continue to work as well as it has
in the past.
