I doubt it. You can patch the debootstrap script on the fly to include
libgnutls11. That should work.

Check fstab and network/interfaces for starters.

You can try on Monday and if it still fails you can download and
install the amd64 kernel, reboot and then run cdebootstrap -aamd64 to
install into a chroot.
