Dummy Java packages creation [was: Re: Dependents on java runtime]

apt-get install equivs java-common

Then look into

gadek@gadek:~$ ls /usr/share/doc/java-common/dummy-packages/
java1-runtime-dummy.control   java2-runtime-dummy.control 
java-virtual-machine-dummy.control java2-compiler-dummy.control 
java-compiler-dummy.control  README
