Util-Linux package seems to be missing some files

I did an AMD64 install from the Sarge repository a couple of weeks ago and
things have been running well, until I discovered something curious this
afternoon. I was going to use sfdisk to save my partition information to a
file for safe keeping, but couldn't find sfdisk. So, then I looked for cfdisk
& fdisk but couldn't find them, either.

According to the list of files at packages.debian.org these files and more
should be in the util-linux package, which I do have installed. But, when I
list the files from this package 'dpkg -L util-linux' they are not included
nor, I believe are many others (but I haven't made a complete comparison).

So, my question is, where are all the other files that should be in the
util-linux package? Are they in another package, or is this an error by the
package builder(s)?

Thanks!
