If it is similiar to the eMachines M680x problem the issue is the usb drivers need to be compiled directly into the kernel. A workaround at least that works for the eMachines is to plug a usb keyboard in to install then rebuild the kernel. Someone eventually needs to file a bug about this at bugme.osdl.org, I probably will when I have some free time. Chris
