Yes. The other perl deb has broken Depends and won't work. Tried
that.

I didn't. The archive on alioth is a collections from various
sources. I just tried to get them all together and picked out a
working set. A Quite a lot of debs are incomplete or
obsolete. Anything not in the Packages files is there in case someone
wants to continue or finish porting those debs. I guess I can add
everything without a working version in the Packages files already to
sid so people can more easily get it. But so can everyone with access
to alioth.
