Am I just lucky or what? On my 1000a I run:

0000:00:0d.0 RAID bus controller: Silicon Image, Inc. (formerly CMD
Technology Inc) PCI0680 Ultra ATA-133 Host Controller (rev 02)
0000:01:02.0 RAID bus controller: Silicon Image, Inc. (formerly CMD
Technology Inc) PCI0680 Ultra ATA-133 Host Controller (rev 02)

Zero problems. I had 4 disks there and one has died since, so just three
now. Load is moderate - my mailbox :)

Reiser broken? I use reiser only for all my data partitions on alpha :)
