Re: apache-ssl and php3/4

P.S.  There also seems to be a feud between the php.net folks and
the apache.org folks.  The last I knew, the latest Apache (2.0)
won't work with PHP anymore due to some undefined reference to
something or other that apache doesn't use anymore.  But, apache
1.3 works fine.  (This is not an Alpha specific thing.)
