It's actually /proc/srm_environment. It's activated with
CONFIG_SRM_ENV in "System setup".
Thanks for the hint! Couldn't find it with 'make menuconfig' but edited
.config.
While 'make' this error message appeared:

This appears also with other modules, i.e. atm.
Googling around I found out that it might have something to do with gcc,
I'm using
