Digital DC21142 Ethernet Card

Hey guys,
I am having a problem with my DC21142 that came with my Miata. It
supposedly is a 10/100 card but I can only get it to work at 10mbps. A
scanpci gives me the following output:

pci bus 0x0 cardnum 0x03 function 0x0000: vendor 0x1011 device 0x0019
 Digital DC21142 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet

Which leads me to believe that I am not crazy...From dmesg I pulled the eth0
information.

tulip.c:v0.91g-ppc 7/16/99 becker@cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov
eth0: Digital DS21143 Tulip rev 17 at 0x8000, 00:00:F8:75:38:C4, IRQ 24.
eth0: EEPROM default media type Autosense.
eth0: Index #0 - Media 10baseT (#0) described by a 21142 Serial PHY (2)
block.
eth0: Index #1 - Media 10baseT-FD (#4) described by a 21142 Serial PHY (2)
block.
eth0: Index #2 - Media 10base2 (#1) described by a 21142 Serial PHY (2)
block.
eth0: Index #3 - Media AUI (#2) described by a 21142 Serial PHY (2) block.
eth0: Index #4 - Media MII (#11) described by a 21142 MII PHY (3) block.
eth0: ***WARNING***: No MII transceiver found!

and finally this is the Index #1 output from tulip-diag.

tulip-diag.c:v2.04 9/26/2000 Donald Becker (becker@scyld.com)
 http://www.scyld.com/diag/index.html
Index #1: Found a Digital DS21143 Tulip adapter at 0x8000.
 Port selection is 10mpbs-serial 100baseTx scrambler, full-duplex.
 Transmit started, Receive started, full-duplex.
The Rx process state is 'Waiting for packets'.
The Tx process state is 'Idle'.
  The transmit threshold is 72.
The NWay status register is 41e1d2c9.
Internal autonegotiation state is 'Negotiation complete'.

The card works fine in 10mpbs mode but the connection I am on is a 100mbit
line and would like to get the full use out of it. If any more information
will help I will do what I can, I just don't know enough to figure this out.

Thanks,
Steve
