No problem at all. Just go to any mirror via http://http.us.debian.org/debian/
then look in pool/main/g/glibc, the upstream source is in .orig.tar.gz and Debian
patches are in .diff.gz files. Unpack, patch, "chmod +x debian/rules" and
examine debian/rules, which is a makefile.
I'm not a libc person at all, but can help this much. :-)
