glibc 2.1 debs available

Hi all...

Well, I finally finished recompiling the glibc 2.1 debs.  They are
available for testing from my ftp site:
	beezer.med.miami.edu:/pub/chris/glibc-2.1

I have also compiled ld.so again under glibc 2.1 (also available in a
subdir under that one).  Please don't pull down the egcs in there, though,
as I'm recompiling a new one now...

Also, do not install this in a system that's still building debs for slink
since egcs will stop linking binaries to the older glibc after the
installation of the new one.
