If Chris is doing the building on alpha.debian.nl, he should be safe...
After all, he's not exporting anything, the stuff is in Europe all the
time :-)

A quick fix would be to run the script multiple time, each time against
each separate subset (main, contrib, non-free, non-us).  Any objections?
Changing the script to handle the separate subsets in one go will be a
pain. Of course, the output of the different runs could be merged into
one email.
