in the following file:
ftp.digital.com:/pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/Kernels/Test-Milos-2.0.30+/MILO-systypes

you can find info about MILO's and alpha systems.
Yours seems to be:

Family/Model Aliases MILO image Kernel image
=============           =======                 ==========      ============
  AS 1000 4/xxx         MIKASA                  N/A             mikasa-s

So you have to use mikasa-s images and there is no MILO for
mikasa, sou you will have to boot the box using the SRM console
and aboot, bootp, tftpboot...

You can find in digital's site kernels and more info, but I think
you can use the Debian images for mikasa. The SRM howto will be
usefull for you... I can't remember the URL, but it's
distributted in Debian in one of the howtos packages, so it's ease
to find it.
