UDBs and keyboards
While perusing the various FAQs, I noticed (more than once) mentions of the
fact that it's bad to run a UDB/Multia without a keyboard. Two questions:
1) Can anyone detail why? (leading into #2...)
2) Is there a workaround that can be done (even hardware based).
I ask because having six keyboards floating around a rack and a small table
is just *not* going to be practical - and while a cross-connect is in the
works for an eventual solution, I'm on a limited budget for the moment,
and running them headless (esp given that I can put a head on one without
much difficulty, should it be neaded) is vastly better.
