  This is something we need to do before we make a dist :) At bare
minimum, make sure that all the kernels in the disk set are patched so
that we can fix packages at our leisure, post-release.

  Jeff, get the .debs from http://www.eris.rcpt.to/libc-lchown,
they'll fix this in a very crude and unpleasant manner (they're only
2.0.7t, I haven't summoned up the enthusiasm to make -u ones yet).
