What do you think?

Do anyone think we can't make it for a release with slink? I think we can
probably get an egcs package that works before the freeze date and I may
hammer through the binutils (I'm ready to upload it right f*&%ing
now...I'm sick of waiting for these people to tell me if it works). Given
those facts, does anyone see any reason not to try for the release?

If we should, we should formulate a plan of attack to knock out the
remaining issues that we need to resolve before final release date.

Here's my idea...

Leave one or two people to keep up with the package load.
Someone (anyone) gather docs and consolidate them.
Someone finish up the install disk set and make all packages on them
   current.
Need a "testing team" to install it a few times to make sure things are
   still good all-around.

Those are the only things I can think of that are holding us up. If
anyone can come up with anything or has thoughts as to that stuff, please
don't hesitate to reply :)
