Needed: location for alpha system for general developer use

Hi,

At the Linux Kongress, I asked Jon `maddog' Hall about an offer he'd made
some time ago for donating an Alpha system for Debian development. His
response was positive ("give us an address, and we'll ship within two weeks").
After talking to Ian Jackson, we decided the best way to make use of this is
to get a list of volunteers to host the machine.

What is needed:
- good network connectivity
- commitment to administer a machine where all interested developers can get
  access.

If you, your employer or your university can help us in this regard, please
mail Ian with details; he'll select the best candidate.
