Already done for pgcc (#13702).  Personally I don't think altgcc,
libpthread, libg++27, ncurses3.0 et. al should have "Arch: i386 m68k
sparc".  (For the same reason that I don't believe all svgalib
applications should have "Arch: i386 alpha")

BTW, since I'm here, if you do decide to use master (I strongly agree
with Bdale about that), quinn-diff might be helpful, it's already
running for i386 vs. alpha.
