I just took a look and for the manual/non-debci case, you shouldn't need
to detach any GPUs. It should be sufficient to pass a --gpu <SLOT>
option to the qemu+rocm backend, and only that GPU will be passed
through. I added an example to [3].

I'm looking at supporting multiple GPUs now.
