Hi,liblog4ada was in a much worse state than libxmlezout. I have uploaded (today) a 1.2-5 version that should handle the incoming of libxmlezout3-dev into unstable (see [1-3]).
A 1.3-1 version in new should solve the same problem plus fix RC bugs notably Debian Ada policy violation (ali and so version).
Rev 12aef2ee973fb6b9225c27b9a6d5cb9577a2d201 of org.debian.liblog4ada (hosted at [4]) should fix this.
I attach liblog4ada_1.3.orig.tar.gz which can be uptained from org.log4Ada at [4] with tag t:log4Ada-1.3
