If you are completely new to Ada, you may be interested in

If you are completely new to Debian, you may be interested in

I suggest that you start with writing a simple "hello world" program
in Ada, then building a Debian package around it.

Once you have discovered the various steps and tools needed for a
binary package providing a single executable, reading the policy about
shared libraries should much easier.
