I attached the ibmtts.log file, the speech-dispatcher file shows nothing, because since I reinstalled speech-dispatcher-ibmtts, spd-say does not error, it is just silent. But as I look at the attached file, it looks like it is having trouble accessing /etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/ibmtts.conf. So I'll see if that file is even there. And if it isn't, maybe I need to cp a voxin.conf to be named ibmtts.conf? Or maybe its permissions aren't right if it is there?
