I have no idea how your running voxin embedded without speechd-up, but
the script does not detect your dectalk nor does it detect your Voxin
voice.
I assume it only recognizes voxin voices that use speechd-up. As you
know speechd-up replaced voxin-up that Voxin was using previously.
