Accessibility of Java 8

I've installed openjdk-8-jre-jamvm, updated my standard java command to point to
it and edited /etc/java-8-openjdk/accessibility.properties to have a line like:

but when launching a program, I get:

Exception in thread "main" java.awt.AWTError: Assistive Technology not found: org.GNOME.Accessibility.AtkWrapper
	at java.awt.Toolkit.loadAssistiveTechnologies(Toolkit.java:807)
	at java.awt.Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit(Toolkit.java:886)
	at java.awt.Toolkit.getEventQueue(Toolkit.java:1734)
	at java.awt.EventQueue.invokeLater(EventQueue.java:1257)
	at mediathek.Main.main(Main.java:63)

Is there a step I've missed, or is it a bug? I am running Debian Unstable.
libatk-wrapper is installed.
