   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? to get speakup back i have had to force it to reboot a lot of words ran down the screen but don't no what it says cause speakup doesn't come back untel almost the end of the shutdown process
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
