It isn't much extra work, and you could write a shell script to do it. Linux
is great for people who are lazy - you can automate a lot.

Try installing Iceweasel/Firefox 12 from experimental. It should successfully
detect the DBus-based AT-SPI.

Gnome-Shell 3.4 is in Sid now and it's much more accessible.
