The changes might already be in 2.91.6: they were adaptations to remove the
work-arounds that were no longer necessary as a result of bug fixes in Gecko
for Firefox 4.
I can't remember the details.
At some point, Orca introduced the ability to associate different scripts with
different versions of an application.
