I guess the MACE ethernet driver bug is still alive and well :-/

I don't see why they can't be modular.

My kernels have built-in sonic because usually I can't be bothered 
installing the modules every time I build a new kernel, and if I'm working 
on a machine without ADB, I have to have the ethernet driver working.
