It is not fixed. 2.2 kernels still show the problem.

Everytime I finally figure out a gcc bug enough to make a decent report, 
another seems to pop up. gcc is what's killing us. gij isn't helping
much either.

klibc is out-of-date on lots of archs and built successfully last week.
nano, wireless-tools, and zlib are either building or failed.
